    jarbay etwadena mukan ta9lee7 mobiles el 3ady ya3ne ow shofay if they can help you, sometimes its shay bil bb fa they cant ow call Zain tell them 3an ely eb ur bb maybe they can tell you where to go. I know Zain elaw3un el chabd bs bil akheer you hv to call them.

    go to myphone, thats where i take my bb if it stops working, they dont ask for a zain receipt or any thing..
    its a shop ib shari3 khaled bin waleed i think?? (forgot the name of the street bs its the street in man6aqat sharq where half of it sells bicycles and toys whereas the other half sells phones..)

    apparently solution for blackberry 7arakat are switch it off and take the battery out for a while. it works with me
